Refund policy

Return:

If you are wanting to return your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and must ship the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for returned shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

If the product is damaged please include a picture in the email and a shipping label will be mailed to you. 

Refund will be given once product is received to Captivating Candles location.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
